Ticket Information - Grant Thornton Box Office

Accessible & Limited Mobility Seating 

Wheelchair accessible seating is available for all games and events on a first come, first served basis. The location of these seats varies by event. Call the Grant Thornton Box Office to purchase a wheelchair accessible or limited mobility seat. Companion seating is also available, and there is a limit of one companion per accessible seat. Arriving Late to an Event

For live music events, the box office will remain open half an hour after the headliner begins the show. 

For Peterborough Petes and Century 21 Lakers games, the box office will remain open until the start of the third period.

The late admittance process will vary by event, but may include waiting for a stop in play, or a break between sets before guests can make their way to their seats.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

Tickets are final sale, with no refunds or exchanges available. If an event is cancelled, the full value of the tickets will be refunded. Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment only, to the customer who purchased the ticket only. Cash payments will be refunded by direct deposit.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates can be purchased in person or over the phone for any amount. We cannot replace lost or stolen gift certificates, so please treat them like cash.

Lost Tickets

Lost tickets can be reprinted for a fee. You must provide photo identification with your name and confirm the details of your order to have tickets reprinted.

Ordering Tickets Online or Over the Phone

When you order tickets online or over the phone, you will be asked to choose a delivery method of either: will call, mail, email, or email later.

• WILL CALL: If you choose will call, your tickets will be printed and held at the Grant Thornton Box Office for you to pick up. You will need your order confirmation number or photo ID to pick up the tickets.
• MAIL: If you choose mail, the tickets will be printed and put in regular Canada Post mail circulation for delivery to the address you provided. There is a charge for this service.
• EMAIL: If you choose email, your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided as a PDF attachment. You can print these tickets and bring them to the event, or you can simply have them scanned off your mobile device.
• EMAIL LATER: If you choose email later, your tickets will be sent to the email address provided as a PDF attachment one week before the event. You can print these tickets and bring them to the event, or you can simply have them scanned off your mobile device.

If you arrive for an event, and forgot your tickets, we can reprint them for you for a fee.

Peterborough Petes Games: Tickets will be issued on the Monday before each game. 

All Other Events: Tickets for all other events will be issued one month prior to the day of the event.
