Re-entry is not permitted. This may change per event at the discretion of Peterborough Memorial Centre staff.
Why is there security wanding at the gates?

What is your babes-in-arms policy?
Children who are two years of age and under do not require a ticket but must sit on their caregiver’s lap. Any child over the age of two must have a ticket to ensure accurate numbers for fire and safety purposes.
Ticketmaster Transition FAQ
We’re excited to share that we’re moving to Ticketmaster! Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions to help make the transition as smooth as possible.
Why is the Peterborough Memorial Centre moving to Ticketmaster?
Ticketmaster is the industry leader in ticketing technology and fan experience. By partnering with Ticketmaster, we’re ensuring our fans have access to the most trusted, secure, and user-friendly ticketing platform available. This change supports our ongoing commitment to providing a safe and seamless experience from purchase to event day.
Was this decision part of a review process?
Yes. The City of Peterborough and Peterborough Memorial Centre conducted a thorough review of our ticketing services and determined that Ticketmaster’s platform best supports our goals for fan experience, operational efficiency, and event partner service.

Are my existing tickets still valid?

There are no immediate changes to your current tickets. If any updates are needed as part of this transition, our Box Office team will contact you directly with all the information you need.
Do I need to create a new account?
