COVID-19 Facility Update 

The Peterborough Memorial Centre and Grant Thornton Box Office are excited to welcome you back to an event soon!

 Box Office Hours and Location
The Grant Thornton Box Office is located inside the main entrance of the PMC. Our regular business hours are 9:30AM to 5:00PM from Wednesday to Friday. We have extended hours on game or event days, as posted, and are closed on most holidays.
 Ordering Tickets
Tickets can be ordered in person at the Grant Thornton Box Office at 151 Lansdowne Street West or over the phone at 705-743-3561 during regular business hours, or online at tickets.memorialcentre.ca 24 hours a day. Tickets ordered over the phone are subject to a service charge of $1.50 per ticket.

The Grant Thornton Box Office, either in person, over the phone or online, is the only authorized ticket sales agent for ticketed events taking place at the PMC. Tickets purchased from unauthorized sources may not be honoured. All purchases from our box office will be charged in Canadian dollars only.
 How To Get Your Tickets
When you order tickets online or over the phone, you will be asked to choose a delivery method of either will call, mail, email or email later. Tickets for Peterborough Petes games will be issued on the Monday before each game. Tickets for all other events will be issued one month prior to the day of the event. 
  • If you choose will call, your tickets will be printed and held at the Grant Thornton Box Office for you to pick up. You will need your order confirmation number or photo ID to pick up the tickets.
  • If you choose mail, the tickets will be printed and put in regular Canada Post mail circulation for delivery to the address you provided.
  • If you choose email, your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided as a PDF attachment. You can print these tickets and bring them to the event, or you can simply have them scanned off your mobile device.
  • If you choose email later, your tickets will be sent to the email address provided as a PDF attachment one week before the event. You can print these tickets and bring them to the event, or you can simply have them scanned off your mobile device.

 

If you arrive at the PMC and forgot your tickets, we can reprint them for you for a fee of $2.00 per ticket.
 Cancellation and Refund Policy
All Lakers game and concert or event tickets are final sale, with no refunds or exchanges available. Tickets for a Peterborough Petes game may be exchanged for a different game date, no later than two days before the game originally purchased only; group tickets cannot be exchanged. No refunds will be offered.

 

If an event is cancelled, the full value of the tickets will be refunded. Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment only, to the customer who purchased the ticket only. Cash payments will be refunded by direct deposit. 
 Lost Tickets
Lost tickets can be reprinted for a fee of $2.00 per ticket. You must provide photo ID and confirm the details of your order to have tickets reprinted.
 Guest Experience Desk

The Guest Experience Desk is located in the main lobby of the Peterborough Memorial Centre. Visit the Guest Experience Desk to:

  • get information about upcoming games, concerts or events
  • report a lost item
  • retrieve a found item
  • provide feedback about your experience at the PMC
  • bring up any issues you're having, for example if you have an obstructed view of the stage at a concert

 

New! Understanding you don't want to miss a moment of the action on ice or on stage, you can now text the Guest Experience Desk directly from your seat with any questions that may arise during an event. Text 705-760-2390 and within minutes, you will receive a response from our Guest Experience Team on site.
