The Peterborough Memorial Centre, Showplace Performance Centre and Market Hall Performing Arts Centre are proud to present the 2021 PTBOLive Summer Concert Series!

What is it?

visit enbridge.comThe PTBOLive Concert Series lets you enjoy live concerts and live events on the Enbridge Energy Stage from the safety of your vehicle, drive-in style. Tickets will be priced per vehicle, and each vehicle can hold as many people as seatbelts are available. For most events, we have three areas available for purchase: front row, which guarantees you a parking spot in the first row, general admission 1, which guarantees you a parking spot in rows 2 to 12 in the main lot, and general admission 2, which guarantees you a parking spot in rows 13 or 14 of the main lot, however for some events the whole parking lot is simply general admission. These events will comply with all health and safety standards as set out by Peterborough Public Health and Provincial guidelines. How does it work?

Step 1: Buy a ticket online before the show

  • Each ticket admits one vehicle, with up to as many passengers as seatbelts are available

Step 2: Scan your ticket on your mobile device and drive in

  • Tickets must be printed at home, or scanned off your mobile device
  • Gate opening, event parking, and start times will vary by event

Step 3: Pull into your spot and enjoy the show!

  • Parking will be assigned upon arrival. Please follow the directions of the parking attendants. Large vehicles may be asked to park near the back or sides to avoid causing an obstruction.

We have taken enhanced health and safety measures for you, our artists, and employees. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and in some cases death. You must follow all posted instructions while attending PTBOLive concerts. Help keep each other healthy.

By attending The PMC Drive-In events you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

Safe travels stampThe PMC is delighted to announce it has been awarded the #SafeTravels Stamp. The Safe Travels Stamp is an international symbol designed to allow travellers to recognize governments and companies around the world, which have adopted health and hygiene, standardized protocols–so consumers can experience ‘Safe Travels’.

Safety requirements

  • Guests must complete a COVID screening before being admitted to the event grounds
  • Guests are permitted to watch the concert from outside the vehicle in which they traveled to the concert, however they must remain within 2 metres of that same vehicle at all times, except when accessing washroom facilities, purchasing food and beverage
  • Guests are not permitted to congregate with people from another vehicle
  • Guests in each vehicle must be from the same social circle
  • Face coverings are required for all guests when outside their vehicle
  • Face coverings are required for all venue staff
  • Washrooms will be equipped with hand sanitizer
  • Vehicles will be parked in a way that maximizes social distancing
  • This is a smoke-free event
  • This is an alcohol-free event
  • No pets are allowed
  • This event is rain or shine
  • The Peterborough Memorial Centre reserves the right to cancel this event at any time. If this occurs, full refunds will be offered
  • Attendance of the PTBOLive Summer Concert Series is intended for those who live inside the Peterborough Public Health region.

  • Prohibited items also include any items that the judgement of facility management deems to pose a safety hazard or diminish the enjoyment of any event by other guests

Photo/Video consent

Video footage and/or photos will be taken at these events. This video footage and/or photos may or may not include your recognizable image. Please be advised that, unless you notify the photographer or staff member that you do not wish to have your photo or video image taken, your presence at these events is taken as your agreement to allow the City of Peterborough, media and other third-party organizations to use the images in print, digital or web-based formats for promotional and archival purposes. Please notify a staff member if you do not wish to have your photo or video image taken.

Is this a live, in-person event?
Yes! The acts will be live on stage at the PMC Drive-In

Where is the PTBOLive Concert Series taking place?

The PTBOLive Concert Series is taking place in the main parking lot of the Peterborough Memorial Centre, beside the facility on the east side of Roger Neilson Way

Is this an all ages event?

Yes, everyone is welcome! Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

How will I hear and see the show?

There will be an elevated stage and two large screens set up for this event. Vehicles will be positioned in a way to maximize physical distancing as well as stage and/or screen visibility. The audio for this event will be transmitted through FM frequency. The FM station will be shared at the event - check the screens!

Do I need to wear a mask?

Face coverings are not required to be worn while inside your vehicle. Face coverings are mandatory when outside of the vehicle and when using the washrooms on site

Will face coverings be available on site?

No, guests are required to provide their own face coverings

How do I get my tickets?

Tickets must be purchased in advance online at www.tickets.memorialcentre.ca. If you chose "Email Later" or "Email" as the delivery method, tickets will be emailed as a PDF attachment one week before the event. Please bring the PDF attachment to the event, either on your mobile device or printed at home. If you chose "Will Call" as the delivery method, tickets will be available for curbside pick up one week before the event. Please call 705-743-3561 with your order number upon arrival and your tickets will be brought out to you.

Is this a rain or shine event?
Yes!
What time should I arrive?

The event, event parking and gate opening times will vary by event. Visit the event's details page or check your event confirmation email for the timing of your event. Please arrive with enough time to have your tickets scanned and drive to your parking spot. For customers who have tickets in the front row, if you have not arrived by 5 minutes before the scheduled show start time, we may not be able to park you in the front row.

Is there a limit of how many people can be in my vehicle?

Vehicle occupancy must be in accordance with the highway traffic act. A good guideline is there shouldn't be more people than seatbelts available.

Will my car be searched upon entry?

For the safety and security of our guests, artists and staff, all vehicles are subject to search upon entry to the PMC Drive-In. Vehicles will be checked for the correct number of occupants

How do I find my parking spot?

Parking will be assigned upon arrival. Please follow the direction of the parking attendants. Large vehicles may be asked to park near the back or sides to avoid causing an obstruction.

Can I back into my parking spot?

Yes! You can back into your parking spot and sit in your truck bed or in the trunk of your vehicle with the hatch open.

Can my car be running during the event?
As per by-law 08-077, we encourage all guests to turn their cars off during the event, however we understand that temperatures may prevent you from being able to keep it off for the entire event
Can I watch from outside my vehicle?
Yes! As of July 16th, guests may watch the concert from outside their vehicle, but the must stay within 2 metres of their vehicle unless they are using the washroom, purchasing food or merchandise, or in case of emergency

I don’t have a vehicle, can I still come?

No, a vehicle is required to attend the PTBOLive Summer Concert Series
Can I come on my motorcycle?
No
Are there washroom facilities available?
Yes, there will be portable washrooms, including an accessible washroom stall, available for guests to use throughout the event. Please follow social distancing guidelines when using the washrooms
Will there be food and beverage available for sale?
Yes, food and beverage will be available for purchase on site provided by Till Death BBQ. Check out their menu before you come!
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Yes, you are allowed to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages
If I don’t have a ticket, can I listen to or watch the show from the sidewalk?
No 
I can't make it to the concert any more, can I get a refund?
All sales are final and the event is rain or shine. If you’ve purchased tickets and are affected by a COVID-related issue, please contact the Grant Thornton Box Office to discuss.
