Frequently asked questions
| Age limit |
| Games, concerts and events are open to all ages unless otherwise specified. Anyone twelve or younger must be accompanied by someone sixteen or older. Anyone two years of age or younger does not require a ticket provided they sit in an adult's lap, or unless otherwise specified. |
| Alcohol |
| The PMC is fully licensed. |
| Animals |
| Licensed service animals are welcome at the PMC, with supporting documentation. An aisle seat is recommended. |
| Bag checks and security |
| Soft sided bags are allowed, but may be searched before entering the PMC. Anyone entering the PMC for a game, concert or event may be subject to a search. |
| Banners and signs |
| Show your team pride! Banners and signs are allowed, but cannot contain offensive messaging or block another guest’s view. |
| Cameras |
| Flash photography is not allowed, and cameras with detachable lenses are not allowed. Video or audio recording is not allowed. This may change by event. |
| Food and beverage |
| No outside food or drink is allowed at the PMC. |

| Understanding that you don't want to miss a moment of the action, you can now text the Guest Experience Desk directly to get in touch with our in-arena staff if you have a general inquiry during the event. Simply text your question to 705-760-2390 during the event and you will receive a response from our Guest Experience team. Please note, standard text message rates apply. | Lost and found |
| The PMC is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please visit the Guest Experience Desk or contact the Grant Thornton Box Office or phone 705-743-3561 if you have lost an item. |
| Noisemakers |
| Musical instruments and excessive noise-making devices are not allowed at the PMC. |

| Re-Entry |
| No re-entry is permitted after you have entered the gates. If you leave the building for any reason, you will not be permitted to enter again. Fans wishing to leave the building to smoke will not be allowed back in per the re-entry policy. The PMC is a smoke-free building. |
| Water |
| Customers can bring a reusable drink container to be filled at fill stations. Bottled water is available for purchase inside the PMC. Please note, this may vary per event. Please contact the Grant Thornton Box Office at 705-743-3561 to confirm the details for your event. |
