Guests with Disabilities

The Peterborough Memorial Centre and its staff want to make everyone's experience an enjoyable one. Please contact the Box Office for information, seat selection and ticket purchase. When purchasing tickets please inform the ticket seller of your needs so that we can best enhance your experience and recommend appropriate seating.

Designate Wheel Chair Seating
Seating for audience members using wheelchairs and attendants is available for games, shows and concerts. The location of this seating varies on the type of event and seating configuration. These seats are reserved and can be purchased through the Box Office.
Adjacent companion seating may also be purchased based on availability.

Floor seating is not designated as accessible seating.

Limited mobility seating
Seating has been identified for persons with disabilities who can climb a few stairs. This seating has been selected to allow convenient entry and exit. Please contact the Box Office so we can recommend seating based on your individual needs.

Support Persons
Support persons are required to purchase tickets unless otherwise indicated.

Service Animals
Service animals are welcome at the Memorial Centre. Please notify the Ticket Seller at the time of ticket purchase if an aisle seat is required.

Available Accessible Seating
Guests who need accessible seating but did not purchase seating in an accessible area will be accommodated to the best of our ability. Please inform our staff upon your arrival.

Parking & Drop-off
There are nineteen (19) on-site accessible parking spaces available.
The drop-off area on Lansdowne Street, between George Street and Locke Street is accessible for persons with disabilities. 

Entrances & Elevators
There are two main entrances to the Memorial Centre with elevators located nearby. The Lansdowne entrance is located at the north end of the building near the Box Office. The PMC Club Entrance is located at the South end of the West side of the building and services the Club sections, Suites and Sky Box seating areas.
Please refer to our seating chart or we recommend contacting the Box Office directly as seating access changes based on the configuration of the venue for each event.

Washrooms
There are four (4) fully accessible washrooms at the Memorial Centre, two (2) on each level.
