Playoff Tickets and Season Renewals

Season Ticketholders can purchase playoff tickets or renew their season tickets online with a username and password set up by Box Office administration. For security reasons, online accounts created directly by the user and not the Box Office will only be able to access tickets for seats that are not held as seasons.

Playoff Games - Season Ticketholders

As soon as the playoff games are put "on sale", season ticketholders have the option to purchase their seats for the upcoming round of playoff games. With your online account username and password, "log in" to your account on the Memorial Centre ticket sales website. Your season tickets for the next playoff round will be available for your option to purchase. Only complete playoff rounds can be purchased online (three or four game sets). If you do not want to purchase the full playoff round, please contact the Box Office at 705-743-3561. A credit will be applied to the Season ticketholder's account for any playoff games that are not required to be played.

Season ticketholders have until midnight on the day prior to the first playoff game of each round to purchase their seats for that round. Should you choose not to purchase the full playoff round by midnight prior to the first game, your unpurchased seats will then be released for general sale. The process begins again for additional playoff rounds as they go on sale - the Season ticketholder has until midnight again on the day prior to the first playoff game of the next round to purchase their seats or they will be released for general sale.

Season Ticket Renewals

Season ticketholders have the option to renew their tickets for the next season online. Once the new season is "on sale", "log in" to your account on the Memorial Centre ticket sales website using your online account username and password. Your season tickets for the next season will be available for your option to renew. If you require changes to your seat selection, please contact the Box Office by calling 705-743-3561 or by email memcentre@peterborough.ca with the details of your request.

If you have already submitted your account information to the Box Office and have not received a response, please email the Box Office at memcentre@peterborough.ca with the details of your inquiry.

If you have received your username and password, click here to "log in" and access your account.

Other Online Account Options

There are also options for online account users to:

• View Order History
• Under this option, you can view past account activity created under this username. Detailed account information can be viewed by clicking on a particular order. Within the order detail, you can print or reprint the invoice related to this order.
• Maintain Account
• There are three areas under "Maintain Account" that can be edited - Accounts, Contacts and Addresses. By clicking on the desired heading, your existing account information can be updated. Under Accounts, default contact names and addresses can be selected. Also, phone numbers and email addresses can be updated as well. Under Contacts, you have the option to update contact information or add another contact person who is authorized to access your account. Under Addresses, you can add additional locations where you can be reached. You have the option of choosing any one of these as your default address. In all cases after updates have been entered, please be sure to click "Apply" to update your account information.
• Change Password
• For your security, you can change your account password at any time - just fill in the required fields and click "Change Password".
