Setting up your AccountNew ticket purchasers can set up their own username and password to complete their order by clicking on “Login” from the right hand corner of the screen and then selecting “Create Account”. Next fill in all of the fields and submit - it’s that easy!
Current Season Ticket Holders
If you are a current season ticket holders, please contact the PMC Box Office BEFORE setting up an account.
Selecting a PasswordFor security purposes your password must contain 8 characters with one being a number and one being a symbol. Example Password: centre2#
Changing your PasswordUpon your initial login, you will be prompted to change your password for security purposes. The new password that you enter can be used for all future orders.
You can easily change your password at anytime by clicking on the "Change Password" link under "Account Options", which is located on the top left hand part of your screen.
Forgot your PasswordIf at anytime you forget your password, just click on the “Forgot Password” link under the Login information. You will then be prompted to enter your Username and e-mail address. Once you have completed this, your password will be e-mailed to you.
Too many Login attemptsFor security purposes your account has been set up with a maximum of 5 login attempts. If you attempt to login in to your account 5 times without success – your account will become locked. Should this happen, please contact the Box Office at 705-743-3561.
Printing TicketsFor your convenience, you have three options to choose from for obtaining the tickets purchased online. By default, the system is set-up to e-mail your tickets to you so that they can be printed off at home. However, if you would prefer to pick them up at the Box Office, please change the delivery method to Will Call when confirming your order. Tickets can also be mailed to you by slececting mail as the delivery method. An additional fee of $1.00 will be charged for all mailed orders.
How to Choose Specific SeatsThe system is automatically programmed to search for the best seats available in the section you have requested. If you are looking to purchase Restaurant seating, Accessible seating, Group Orders or a specific seat, please contact the Box Office at 705-743-3561.
On Offer TimeoutOnce you pick your seats, the "On Offer Timeout" countdown begins and you have the choice to "Accept Seats" or "Try Again". You will be given 10 minutes to complete your transaction. The remaining time is counted down on the left-hand side of your screen. If you have not completed your purchase within this time frame, the seats will be returned to the available inventory and you will need to select new seats to complete your purchase.
Tickets – Packages – Shopping CartYou will notice these headings on the top right hand section of the screen. The “Tickets” link allows you to purchase single games or events. The “Packages” link is used for purchasing multiple games. i.e. Seasons Tickets. The “Shopping Cart” is where your order is stored until you check out.
HelpFor your convenience, there is a “Help” link located in the top right of your screen. You can click on this link at any time during the process of your order. The Help information will change depending on what step of the order you are on.
|Senior (65+)||If you are age 65 years or older, you may be entitled to senior pricing.|
|Child (12 and under)||Children under the age of 12 are entitled to receive child pricing.|
|Student||For students who have a valid full-time student card from a recognized Highschool, College or University.|
